WOX mentor Sasha Adwani brings experience from every stage of the coxing pathway which now informs her work developing the next generation of coxes.

From her beginning as a junior at Headington School, she went on to lead university crews at Newcastle before earning selection for the GB U23 team, and then moving into club coxing at Molesey BC.

Already a qualified physiotherapist, Sasha is now coaching at a LEH alongside studying for a medical degree. She is passionate about helping coxes grow in confidence, command, and technical understanding.
