WOX Mentor Morgan Baynham-Williams is a World Champion, World Cup, European and U23 medalist. She has also won the Boat Race for Oxford University, the Head of the Charles Regatta and is a two time winner of Henley Royal Regatta.

She has a wealth of experience in rowing and coaching at the highest level, including experience coaching on the GB Rowing Team, at Leander Club and overseas at the University of Virginia. Her experience has led her to a deep understanding of leadership, strategy, and performance optimisation.

In addition to this, she has a BSc in Sport Science and a Masters in Musculoskeletal Sciences from Oxford Brookes and Oxford University, respectively. She has an interest in the commercial sport industry including sponsorship, marketing and management consulting, in these sectors. Morgan has a deep passion for sport, performance, and success, and is an excellent communicator of this.
