WOX mentor Erin Kennedy is a two time Paralympic Champion and multiple World and European Champion. Whilst spending the early part of her career in eights, her international career has been primarily in the coxed four, as part of the Paralympic Programme.

She relied heavily on lessons taken from her time in rowing whilst navigating a recent breast cancer diagnosis and believes strongly that sport has the power to impact, change, and improve our lives far beyond the field of play.

Erin is passionate about creating and building high performance teams, based on openness, high level communication, and trust that are accessible to all.
